About the network
The Education Network of the ISEZ is run by the Education Network Centre of the Ministry of Education. It connects schools, colleges and institutes to the Internet, keeps their mail and gives each of them a page or a website on iradedu.org.
History
2003. The School Connection Project of the Ministry and Attelkom links the first 40 city schools by dial-up. Schools get mailboxes at edu.id.gov and a page on the ministry's site.
2007. All secondary schools of Talas, Nurzhan and Iyık Janyl and the district centres are connected; the Attelkom ADSL line reaches the colleges.
2011. The network moves to its own address, iradedu.org, on the standard template of the Department of Public Information. Every institution can have its own address: name.iradedu.org. Institutions that do not make their own site get the standard page, filled in by the school.
2015. The teachers' forum is closed. 2017. Pages of the schools that teach every subject in Iradi are opened in Iradi first.
2024. New design of the portal, made by the centre; the old template stays only on the standard pages.
2025. New mail server; the edu.id.gov addresses are closed at the end of the year.
